About pricing and payment
How do payments work?
Projects start with a deposit, and the balance is paid on delivery. Larger projects can be split into milestones. You can pay by FPX online banking or bank transfer.
Are there hidden monthly costs?
No. If something needs a monthly fee, such as hosting, AI usage or WhatsApp messaging, it is listed in your quote with the reason.
Can we start small?
Yes, and we recommend it. Many clients start with one agent or one automation, see the result, then expand.
Do you offer government grant support?
Some digitalisation grants can cover part of these projects. Grant rules change often, so tell us which programme you are considering and we will help you prepare what the application needs.
