About training and consulting
Our team isn’t technical. Is the workshop still useful?
Yes, it is designed for everyday staff. We use your team’s real tasks: emails, reports, customer replies. Everyone leaves able to do their own work faster.
Can you train in Bahasa Melayu or Chinese?
Yes. Workshops can be run in BM, English or Chinese, or a mix, whatever your team is most comfortable with.
Onsite or online?
Both. Onsite in the Klang Valley, or elsewhere in Malaysia by arrangement, and live online for remote teams.
What happens after the assessment?
You keep the roadmap, whether or not you work with us. If you’d like us to build the recommendations, the assessment fee can be credited against the first project.
