1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use aigen.my, create an AIGen.my account, use our tools, or buy our services. AIGen.my is based in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. By using the site or platform you agree to these terms. For paid projects, the signed quotation or agreement for that project also applies and prevails if it differs.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account; keep your sign-in secure.
• We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud or anything unlawful.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AIGen.my to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam, attempt to access systems or data you are not allowed to, overload our services, or generate content that is harmful, deceptive or discriminatory. Free tools have fair-use limits.

4. AI-generated output

Our tools and agents use artificial intelligence, which can make mistakes. Review AI output before relying on it, especially for legal, financial, medical or safety matters. AI output is provided “as is” and is not professional advice. You are responsible for how you use it.

5. Projects, quotations and payment

• Each project is defined by a written quotation stating scope, timeline, price and payment terms.
• Work begins after the quotation is accepted and the deposit is received.
• Changes outside the agreed scope may need a revised quotation.
• Prices are in Ringgit Malaysia and exclude SST unless stated. Third-party costs (for example messaging fees, hosting or hardware) are shown separately.
• Invoices are due by the date stated on them.

6. Credits

Where credits are offered, they are prepaid, non-refundable except where the law requires, and may expire as stated at purchase. Credit prices per tool are shown before you use it.

7. Intellectual property

Once a project is paid in full, you own the deliverables made specifically for you, including custom source code, unless the quotation says otherwise. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and grant you a licence to use them as part of your deliverables. Third-party software and services remain subject to their own licences. The AIGen.my website, platform and brand belong to us.

8. Confidentiality and data

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to provide our services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Where we process personal data on your behalf in a project, we do so only on your instructions.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the platform available, but we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or retire features. For free tools we may do so at any time; for paid services we will give reasonable notice.

10. Liability

To the extent allowed by Malaysian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using AIGen.my and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end access for breach of these terms. Sections on intellectual property, confidentiality and liability continue after termination.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Malaysia.
